Oh Eddie’s Apple Rasin Cognac Pork Chops


  • 2 pork chops (14 oz)
  • 1 Cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Fuji Apple
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Cognac
  • 3 Tbsp Oh Eddie’s Sauce

Marinate your pork chops in red wine vinegar and soy sauce for at least 2 hours.

Add olive to a hot pan and add your pork chops to the pan, we only want to sear them, as they sear sprinkle spices on the pork chops as they cook, and set aside.

To a saucepan add your fuji apple cut into wedges, the raisins, and butter for about 5 minutes or until they are soft with a fork.

Grill or Smoke your Pork chops until tender or reaching 225 degrees internal temp.

Once pork chops are completed, add them to a pan with the cognac for 5 minutes.

Brush on Oh Eddie’s Sauce on the pork chops and serve with Oh Eddie’s Heated sauce for dipping!
