Oh Eddie’s Butter Marnited Tomahawk Ribeye


  • 2 Tomahawk Ribeyes (36 ozs)
  • 1 Tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsps Minced Garlic
  • 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
  • 3 oz Oh Eddies Sauce

Mix all seasoning with butter and rub on ribeyes.

Foil the bones, and wrap the meat in plastic wrap, and marinate in the fridge for 24 hours.

Allow steaks to come to room temp before grilling- grill for 10 minutes on each side and remove foil for the bone for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Brush the steaks with Oh Eddie’s Sauce and let the steak rest for 8 minutes before cutting and serving.
