Oh Eddie’s Deep Fried Walleye Strips

Makes around 2-4lbs


  • 4-6 Walleye
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Box of Panko
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lowrey Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 Eggs
  • Half Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 24 oz Oil of your Choice
  • 4 oz Oh Eddie’s Sauce

Cut Walleye into 1-2 inch Strips of your Choice.

Mix all Dry Products in a large bowl.

Create an egg wash in a separate bowl with the eggs and heavy whipping cream.

Dip each piece of walleye into the egg wash and follow by coating each piece in the dry mixture

Once all pieces are coated, deep fry in a pot of pot oil until golden brown.

Serve with heated Oh Eddies Sauce.
