Oh Eddie’s Salmon


  • 1-2 Fillets of Salmon
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lowery’s Season Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp of Oh Eddie’s Sauce
  • 1/2 Lemon (Juiced)

Mix all spices in a small bowl.

Place Salmon on a baking sheet lined with Foil, drizzle with Olive oil, and Sprinkle with spices.

Drizzle Oh Eddies Sauce and squeezed lemon juice on the salmon filets.

Cover the filets with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees in the oven

Once completed, let the salmon rest for 5 minutes and top with more Oh Eddie’s Sauce!
