Oh Eddie’s Shrimp & Parmesan Topped Sirloin


  • 4 Sirloins (8oz)
  • 1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 Olive Oil
  • 16 Large Shrimp
  • 1/2 Cup Butter

Marinate steaks in red wine vinegar and soy sauce for 2 hours.

Mix Spices and Parmesan in a bowl

Put oil in a pan and sear your steaks on all sides while sprinkling seasonings over the steaks.

Saute shrimp with butter in a pan.

Grill or smoke steaks until internal temp of 225, and brush with Oh Eddie’s Sauce.
