Oh Eddie's garlic mashed potatoes & gravy

Ingredients

1 Bag of Yukon Gold potatoes

1/4 cup garlic powder

1 stick butter

1/4 cup half & half

gravy Directions

Take the turkey out of bag and pan and place on a cutting board.

Use the juices from the bag/pan to make the gravy.

Bring juices to a boil.

Mix in cornstarch with water and add a little at a time to ensure proper thickness.

Heat up Oh Eddie's sauce for dipping.

Mashed potatoes Directions

Cut potatoes into quarters.

Boil potatoes until fork tender.

Add the garlic powder and 1/2 of the stick of butter to a bowl with the soften potatoes.

Mash the potatoes, butter and garlic together.
