Oh Eddie's Butter Marinated Tomahawk Ribeye

Ingredients

2 Tomahawk Ribeye (32 oz)

1 Tsp Kosher salt

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsps Minced Garlic

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Cup Parmesan

1 Stick unsalted butter

3 oz Oh Eddie's Sauce

Directions

Marinate steaks in red wine vinegar and soy sauce for 2 hours.

Mix spices and parmesan in a bowl.

Put oil in a pan and sear your steaks on all sides while sprinkling seasoning over the steaks.

Sauté shrimp with butter in a pan.

Grill or smoke steaks until internal temp is 225, and brush with Oh Eddi's Sauce.
